  • Because our apparel is custom printed-to-order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
  • In the rare event that your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, you do not need to ship the item back. Simply contact us at [Your Support Email] with a clear photograph of the issue and your order number within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund immediately.
  • Any unauthorized returns mailed back to our printing partners or our primary business address without prior approval will not be processed or refunded.
