Each item is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there’s any issue with your order, reach out to us — we’ll make it right.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after production begins.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within Canada or the U.S.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Where are your products made and shipped from?
We partner with top-tier production facilities across Canada and the U.S. to print and ship our gear. Our hoodies and tees are proudly printed by our trusted partners in Ontario, Canada, while our custom hats ship from our dedicated headwear facility. We use smart automated routing to ensure your order is fulfilled and shipped from the closest location to you!
What size should I order?
All hoodies and tees are unisex fit (Gildan 18500 & 5000). For a relaxed fit, order your regular size. For a slimmer fit, consider sizing down.
Do you offer custom designs?
Not yet, but we love hearing ideas from our off-road community — message us if you’ve got one for a future release!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. More countries may be added in the future.
How should I wash my hoodie or tee?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry for longest-lasting print quality.
Are your hoodies and tees unisex?
Yes! All TrailzMudCo apparel is made using premium unisex Gildan blanks for a comfortable, true-to-size fit for everyone.
Are all colours available in every size?
Please note that Light Pink hoodies are available in sizes S–2XL, while Sand, Military Green, and Charcoal hoodies are available in S–3XL.
Black and Sport Grey hoodies are available in S–5XL.
For tees, Light Pink, Sand, and Military Green are available in S–3XL, and Black, Charcoal, and Sport Grey are available in S–5XL.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Absolutely! TrailzMudCo™ proudly offers inclusive sizing on all apparel.
Our Black and Sport Grey hoodies and tees are available up to 5XL, while most other colours are available up to 3XL.
